Vincenzo Picciuolo, Founder and CEO of HORNO Blockchain, has been confirmed as a speaker at the World Token Summit in Dubai — one of the flagship blockchain and tokenisation events by the Block, the most attended gathering in the global crypto calendar.
HORNO Network launches today, April 15, 2026, opening registrations to users across more than 150 countries.
The platform transforms unused device storage into daily allocation, rewarding contributors with PICO — the network's internal allocation unit — as part of a broader architecture that leads to HRN, the native blockchain token scheduled for mainnet launch in Q2 2027.
